DELF – Diplome d’Études em Langue Française
Awarded by the Ministry of Education in France, it certifies the level of knowledge (oral and written) which is necessary in a situation of travel, studies and work. Recognized by teaching institutions and companies, it is useful for studies in France and work in French companies. It is composed of two levels: Delf 1 and Delf 2.

DALF – Diploma Approfondi de Langue Française
Awarded by the Ministry of Education in France, it is the first certificate of higher education in French for foreigners. It enables one to enter a higher education program in France or in French-speaking countries. Before taking the exam, it is necessary to take an admission exam or to have DELF 2.
