Types of Academic Mobility
The university has several mobility programs, with particular reference to Bolsa Santander (which comprises the scholarships called Bolsa Fórmula, Ibero-Americana, Jovem Professor, Luso Brasileira and Top China). Besides, the Cologne – Fortaleza Program has been bringing foreign students to the several campuses at UFC every semester for a few decades. UNIBRAL I, in its turn, is responsible for the exchange program of Brazilian and foreign students through the cooperation between the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and UFC. Finally, UFC also participates in the Brafitec program, which consists of joint research projects among university partnerships in the field of Engineering (exclusively for undergraduate students). It fosters the approximation between the curricular framework of these institutions and the mutual recognition of credits.
