Exchange Program for Graduate Students – PEC-PG
This program is a result of a partnership between the Coordinating Office for the Improvement of Higher Education Staff (CAPES), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE) by means of the Division of Educational Matters (DCE) and the National Council of Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). Its goal is the awarding of scholarships of full doctoral programs to professors, researchers, professionals and graduates from the developing countries with which Brazil maintains agreements of educational, cultural or scientific and technological cooperation in Brazilian higher education institutions, aiming at the increase of necessary qualifications, so that students can contribute to the development of their countries.
