The Japanese Literature Publishing Project (JLPP), promoted by the Agency for Cultural Affairs of Japan, discloses the 4th International Translation Competition. The source language is Japanese and the target languages are English and Russian. The source texts belong to the categories of Fiction and Criticism and Essay, as determined by the competition’s organizing committee.
The application period starts on June 1, 2019 (Saturday) and ends on July 31, 2019 (Wednesday). Applications must be postmarked by July 31.
